Open Water Swimming Sessions

We ask all swimmers to join NOWCA at £12.50 for the year - this is the method we use to sign swimmers in and out the water and the band also carries all your medical information. As well as you can use this to record swims etc. It can be used at any NOWCA site not just 4 Lakes.

All swimmers must swim with a tow float.

We will be open every Sunday 8-10am for swimming at a fee of £5 (pay as you go). No booking required, just turn up and swim.
